When paying your first invoice you must select "keep card on file". Your first cleaning will be scheduled once card information has been saved and the first invoice has been paid.

Payment for future cleanings will be processed automatically on the first of the month in which services are scheduled to take place. You will receive a receipt via email when each payment has been processed.

Services may be cancelled at any time by sending an email to contact@cleancansofcollier.com. If the cancellation request is received prior to the next payment due date, no additional charges or services will take place. If the cancellation request is received after payment has been made, services will be provided that month and will terminate the following month.

Reoccurring service requests cancelled after only one cleaning will be charged a cancellation fee, which is the difference between the One Time cleaning fee and any prior payments.
